Project Summary
Moveli’s public site ran on Webflow, with other listings feeding in from Rex. Agents had no simple way to publish their own prime stock (photos, floor plans, video, maps) without juggling tools or waiting on the CMS. As the broker network grew, that handoff stopped scaling. Listings stalled between systems, locations content and live currency sat outside one workflow, and the team couldn’t keep bridging Webflow, Rex, and manual work by hand.

Two platforms, one build
Their front end was already on Webflow, while the portal and API had to be built in Laravel. Splitting that between two agencies would have meant handovers, delays and gaps.

Moveli now has a fully custom backend CMS, integrated with their Webflow website, where agents load and manage properties themselves, so they can add more agents and listings as fast as the business grows.
